Sherbrooke Hall

Upon entering the Sherbrooke Hall, your guests will be captivated by this spectacular and unforgettable space. With its giant chandeliers and bar showcase, it leaves no one indifferent. Dressed in flowing curtains and equipped with a system of LED lights in alcove, this sublime ballroom can accommodate more than 200 guests.

With direct access from Sherbrooke Street, it’s ideal for product launches, cocktail parties, conferences, exhibitions or an evening of wine tasting. It can also be used for a welcome cocktail prior to your guests being ushered to our sublime St-Denis Hall where they’ll enjoy their meal and the remainder of the evening.

Its high cathedral ceiling, beautiful hardwood floors and natural lighting make this Hall a client favorite for their events.

St-Denis Hall

St-Denis Hall is a unique space in Montreal.  It offers an area that can accommodate more than 200 people for a theater-style set-up, 250 people for a banquet and up to 400 people for a cocktail event. Its spiral staircase opens onto a mezzanine where you can install a glamorous lounge for drinks and where one can relax during the evening. It’s also optimal for thematic station installations like a photo booth.

 

With its high ceilings and elegant chandeliers, St-Denis Hall offers an ideal venue for all types of events and memorable evenings. It’s one of the preferred filming venues for both film and Tv production companies. It comfortably accommodates music bands and full DJ stations for all your corporate event necessities. Catering services

The Loft Hotel works in partnership with several caterers. For your catering needs or to receive a menu proposal, we invite you to contact us to know more about our partners and to receive a quote. The Loft Hotel allows for the use of a caterer other than one of its partners, in this case a minimum administration fee of $750 will apply

Beverage & bar service
Whether it be a mimosa for breakfast or a late-night mojito, the Loft Hotel has everything required to meet your needs and standards. Among our wide selection of wines and liquors, your guests can enjoy a signature cocktail upon arrival followed by excellent wines during their meal. Several bar service options are available. Loft Hotel operates all bar services exclusively during an event.
Parking

The Loft Hotel has 40 parking spaces available at a cost of $ 20 per vehicle per night. Parking is located behind the hotel at 2089 Sanguinet Street, if booked for events, parking spaces need to be reserved at least one month prior to the event. You may also use the services of a Valet Parking agency.
